You’ll work on both sides of the Alberta/Saskatchewan border in one of the busiest areas of the oilpatch, contributing to meaningful projects and building a rewarding career in land services.

We are searching for candidates who are eager to grow, bring a positive, can-do attitude to work, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Whether you’re an experienced land agent or someone with a strong rural or agricultural background looking to break into the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with a rural or agricultural background who can easily connect with landowners and stakeholders. Land experience is an asset but not required.
• Education: Ideally, you have completed post-secondary education (diploma or degree) and are seeking a meaningful, long-term career.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in computer and reporting tools
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Other Qualifications:
  • AB Land Agent license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A clean driving record
  • Membership in the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting with stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory agencies, and clients
• Supporting Surface Land acquisitions and related project activities
• Working closely with our administration team to ensure successful project delivery
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards
